"The economy is too important to leave to the economists" - An Organizational Culture Perspective on the European Central Bank and the Eurozone Crisis Management. My dissertation examines the role of organizational culture in explaining the marginal attention paid to social concerns accompanying the austerity measures prescribed in order to cope with the Eurozone crisis (2009–12).
